Yoga Class Duration (1  Hour)  New Class to start on Monday March 21st 2016 in the Craigrie Room, Clackmannan Town Hall, Main Street, Clackmannan. Starting at 18.10pm - 19.10pm
These classes are suitable for those who have none or little experience of yoga and wish to enhance their practice with confidence.  

Please ensure that you haven’t eaten for at least 1 – 2 hours prior to class commencement and that suitable non-constrictive clothing is worn.  All yoga classes are conducted in bare feet and all equipment is provided. (You may bring your own mat if you wish)

It is essential that any health problems (including previous injuries/ongoing problems/menstrual cycle etc.) are notified to the teacher prior to the commencement of the class in order to avoid exacerbation of any condition.
