These 1 hour introductory classes are suitable for all levels and for those thinking about trying a class but aren’t quite sure what it entails. Currently not running, will advise when a new Taster Session is available.
Please ensure that you haven’t eaten for at least 1 – 2 hours prior to class commencement and that suitable non-constrictive clothing is worn. All classes are conducted in bare feet and all equipment is provided. (You may bring your own mat if you wish)
It is essential that any health problems (including previous injuries/ongoing problems/menstrual cycle etc.) are notified to the teacher prior to the commencement of the class in order to avoid exacerbation of any condition.
