I'd like to wish all my students and followers a Healthy and Peaceful New Year.

The General Class is held every Thursday evening in the Craigrie Room, Clackmannan Town Hall, Main Street, Clackmannan, from 6pm - 7.30pm @ £10 per session.

This Class is suitable for all levels as asanas are adapted according to the individuals ability.
